Care Packs include -1 Frozen Soup-1 Litre- 1 honey-190 ml- 1 Jam -125 ml- 1 Preserve- 250 ml and 1 Elderberry Syrup-250ml delivered with a WE CARE card. Please choose your options in messages or we will choose for you. Soups available- Creamy Broccoli- Creamy Cauliflower- 3 Bean Chili (hot or mild) or Split Pea. Preserve options- Salsa, Pickled Beets, Banana Peppers or Sweet Relish. We will sign the card with your name and deliver in Durham Region.
